Wildlife photography. Seals at Norfolk.

The 2007 wedding season starts for me this Friday with my first wedding of the year. After a couple of weeks sitting in my bag I dusted off my cameras and took them out to Horsey in Norfolk to photograph the grey seals which breed on the beach at this time of the year.

Half of the world's population of Grey seals live around Britain's coast and this beach is one of the main locations for breeding. In December and January seals and pups can be spotted in large numbers along the secluded coast at Horsey.

These photographs have been taken on a long lens from the sand dunes and no seals were disturbed. The seals don't seem too bothered by the large amount of people who gather to watch them.
